Graduating Student Information

Your Microsoft 365 account will remain active for six (6) months after graduation.

After this period, you will lose access to:

  • Your Marist email address
  • OneDrive
  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Student Portal access
  • Zoom (Marist-licensed)

Once access is removed, your data will no longer be recoverable. We strongly encourage you to download and save any files, emails, or data you wish to keep before the deadline.

If you use your Marist email as your primary email, you should select a new personal email provider and begin transitioning as soon as possible.

We recommend that you:

  • Notify contacts of your new email address
  • Update your email address on personal, professional, social media, and subscription accounts
  • Update your preferred email address in your Marist Profile within the myMarist portal (Self-Service Banner --> Marist Profile), PeopleGrove, and Handshake.
  • Be sure to update your contact information with the to continue to receive alumni updates.
