Important Dates and Deadlines for Incoming Traditional Undergraduate First-Year Students

September 2025	All FAFSA contributors must prior to completing the FAFSA.
October 2025	Complete the 2026-27 (school code 2400, for international students only) and 2026-27 (school code 002765) to be considered for need-based institutional aid.
Late December 2025	Financial Aid Notification for prospective Early Decision I students are available
January 2026	Financial Aid Notification for prospective Early Action students are available
March (Rolling Notifications)	Financial Aid Notification for prospective Regular Decision students are available
April 2026	Admitted Student Days
June 2026	Personalized Financial Overview sent to all deposited first year students. On be sure to: - Opt out of optional health insurance if you are covered under another policy - Accept/decline your federal student loans - Complete Financial Aid Requirements
May/June 2026	Class of 2030 First-Year Orientation
Mid-June 2026	Fall 2026 Tuition Statements will be available electronically this week.
June 30, 2026	Health Forms Due
Late July 2026	Fall 2026 Semester Bills Due
Late August 2026	Move-In Week
First week of classes	Work Study Job Fair
